Duplex in N Miami Beach near West Dixie and NE 172 St
City wants illegal addition in the back removed.
Illegal addition includes 1 xtra bedroom and 1 extra bathroom on each of the 2 units
Need to remove 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms which are built onto the back of the building.
Need to cap electric, cap plumbing take down roof walls, can leave concrete foundations, wood foundations need removal.
I will supply a 40 yd container for debris. All debris must go into container.
Taking bids for Price with capping plumbing and electric and without capping plumbing and electric
Bedrooms are less than 100 sq feet, bathrooms are less than 40 feet. Demolition total is about 250 sq feet. 1 Story.
All work is done in the back yard of the building. Will be done while tenants remain in legal part of building.
Once job is started it must be completed in 7 calendar days or there will be a penalty of $200 a day for each day it is not finished.
Owner is selling property, you must leave undemolished part clean and finished, there are 4 doorways between the legal and illegal part that must be closed up with wood and drywall on both sides.
Must have valid ID and your own tools and the ability to get to and from the property.
A written agreement will be signed before commencement with you and building owner.
