No health benefits. This is a per project job and will be paid as such.
If you have 3+ years experience in the following areas, have a work truck/vehicle and you are honest, reliable, clean and detailed in your working abilities then we are looking for you.
You MUST be experienced 3+ yrs in at least the following:
floor installation (vinyl/ laminate/tile)
Dry wall repair and installation
Build out
Blind installations
Door installation
Demo
Painting
Ceiling repair and installation
Tile backdrop
Clean up and garbage/debris removal
You should be very tidy in how you work and pay close attention to details. Leaving drops of paint on the floor or any work done without neatness and structure will be unacceptable and will not be compensated. We expect proper work results and will of course compensate once that is what you provide. We are hiring two for this project.
Be able to work m-sat 8hrs/day
You will be paid hourly at $15-20/hr and must sign agreement regarding time frame for job which will be discussed and agreed upon. Salary is paid at end of each project milestone – for example at 30% completion you will be paid up to that day for all satisfactory work completed which is agreed upon in writing from the start. Once you complete tasks by agreed time in satisfactory manner salary is paid out. We are straight forward in our expectations and will treat you fairly as long as you also treat the projects with respect. The length of time for this first project scope is 5-7days. If you work very well more projects will follow. Bonus is given for extraordinary work results.
