Labor Foreman Needed Now! (Downtown WPB)
Plans, organizes, and supervises the work of a group or groups of skilled and unskilled laborers involved in roof repair and maintenance, construction of underground utilities, waterproofing of building foundations, maintaining automotive repair orders and parts inventory, the moving of office supplies, and trash removal and related maintenance and laboring tasks.
Schedules and coordinates the work of a group or groups of laborers.
Confers with appropriate administrative personnel concerning the assignment and scheduling of required manpower.
Estimates manpower requirements and materials for various projects and work assignments. Maintains inventory of materials and equipment.
Prepares progress and other reports concerning the type of repairs made, materials used, and cost of completed work assignments.
Orders and issues replacement parts.
Performs related work as required.
